Bound in black cloth over boards with Maugham's normal symbol on the front and gilding with illustrations on the spine. Spine faded including to gilding, edge wear with fraying at corners, bumped corners, slight lean. Overall, generally solid but in used condition. Short pencil notes and names on the ffep, one in blue ink. The interior is clean and clear.
