Bound in illustrated green cloth over boards with lither green lettering on the front, gilded lettering on the spine, and the illustration of a town on the front cover. Very slight lean, minor edge wear, generally solid. Ink signature on front pastedown, pencil note on ffep and on rear pastedown describing 2nd issue points. Partially split along gutter between front pastedown and ffep. The interior is clean, clear, and crisp.
