Generally solid and well held binding with bumped corners, some minor fraying at the corners, light scuffing at the head and tail of the spine, and a slight lean. Gilded top-stain, long edge deckled, and lower edge slightly roughed. The final advertisement page and blanks are uncut. 'October 1912' on copyright page. Interior and text are clean and clear throughout.
