Boston: Robert Brothers, 1886. First Edition. Bound in original yellow publisher's cloth with brown lettering on the front and gilded lettering on the spine. Aged toning to the cloth, relatively evenly, some scuffs, but generally very good and clean for its age and originality; very slight lean. Floral endpapers. A nearly faded pencil signature and date from 1887 on the first blank. The interior is gently and evenly toned, otherwise, it is clean and clear throughout with a few page corners bent in 1-3mm on the lower corner. Contains descriptions broken into three geographical regions: California and Oregon; Scotland and England; Norway, Denmark, and Germany.
