Restoration Comedy 1660-1720
Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1924. First Edition. Bound in grey and brown buckram cloth over boards with a paper label on the spine. Spine and label are darkened - note, a replacement label in bound in at the rear of the book. Slight lean, otherwise solid with sharp corners. The interior is gently and evenly tone with many pages uncut along the top edge. Top edge rough (and sometimes not) cute, long edge deckled, lower edge untrimmed. No inscriptions, markings, or bookplates.
