Bound in brown cloth over boards with gilded lettering on the front and spine; designs in gilding, green, and brownish-red on front and spine. Solid and square with a quarter inch tear at head of the spine and darkened section on rear about one inch by three inches rectangle. Front free endpaper trimmed of top one-and-a-half inches, pencil inscrption partially present with original owners address. The interior is generally clean and clear with two small marginal smudges.
