New York: Alfred A Knopf, 1957. First U.S. Edition. In original, unclipped ($3.50) jacket with minor chipping at edges and light toning to the spine. Jacket design by Robert Leydenfrost. Bound in original blue paper over boards with quarter green cloth spine. Debossed initials on the front and gilded lettering on the spine. Solid and square with minor rubbing to edges. Neat and tidy pencil marginal notes and detailed notes in the same small hand on the back endpapers; otherwise the interior is clean and clear.
