New York: Harper & Brothers, 1949. First Edition. In original, unclipped, jacket in protective sheet. Jacket design by Thomas Ruzicka. Some creasing and chipping to the jacket, also there are 5 small punctures that also impact the front board. Black cloth over boards with debossed stamp from the publisher on front and gilded lettering on the spine. The aforementioned shallow punctures, some rubbing to edges, and a small smudge on rear; solidly bound. Lonf edge deckled. The interior has some light and even toning, otherwise it is clean and clear.
