Witch House
Lakewood: Centipede Press, 2013. First Thus. First Edition Thus from the Centipede Press, in original shrink wrap and jacket. Due to shrink-wrap, limited photos are available. A haunted-dwelling tale of suspense, this was the first full length novel published by Arkham House. At first, it was a failure of the publishing house, only to become increasingly popular over time. This edition contains the additional 20,000 word prologue first printed in the U.K. edition in 1950. Additionally includes other works by the author. Signed by jacket artist, J. K. Potter, illustrator Roger Gerberding, foreword author Douglas A. Anderson, and Darrell Schweitzer who is providing a new afterword. No visible issues. Shrink wrap is a little loose and delicate with some stickers on the back indicating number 156 of 200; has a small tear on one corner, no impact to jacket or covers.
