Bound in black leather over boards with gilded designs and lettering on front, spine, and back. Four raised bands on spine. Gilded edges. Silk bookmark ribbon and moire silk endpapers. With two small marks on the front cover, almost invisible but separating it from being As New. In unopened condition with very tight spine (pictures taken carefully).
