Illustration of characters on front and an African café scene on back. Jacket is in near fine condition with minor creasing at head of spine. Yellow cloth over boards and 1/4 black spine with gilding and red lines on spine. Some rubbing to the lower edges on the spine portion, crease at lower right corner. Deckled long edge. The interior is clean and clear with a strong binding and spine. Originally published in Great Britain in 1938.
