Yellow cloth over boards with profile in black of Maigret smoking a pipe on the front and black lettering on spine. General ageing to the covers with slight rubbing to extremities and gently rubbed corners. Some pencil notes to ffep. A handful of marginal spots, otherwise the interior is evenly toned, clean, and clear. Two novels within one volume; "The Lock at Charenton" and "Maigret Returns."
